Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances: if the order you receive is incorrect (e.g., wrong item, missing items), we will replace the incorrect item or issue a refund for the missing portion; if you believe the food you received is unsatisfactory due to quality or preparation, let us know. We may require the item to be returned for inspection before issuing a refund.
We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days from the date of purchase for non-food purchases. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unread, and in the same condition that you received it. Non-book items must also be in the original packaging
Discounted and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
